Tele-Coaching
This is a post-training service. Participants will be told when
to expect the coaching call. Our trainer will contact each participant
by phone, identify themselves and explain what the call aims to
achieve. They’ll then simulate a M&E enquiry, digitally recording
the conversation using specialist PhoneCoach equipment.
At the end of the conversation, our trainer will encourage the
participant to appraise their own performance. After this, the trainer
will arrange to call back within 30 minutes. Having listened to the
recording and made notes, the trainer will call back with feedback and
coaching.
After the session, the trainer will produce a two page report for each participant, to review with line management. |
