Before training
We make sure we really understand what your business and people
need. We’ll study the way your people learn, how they currently
approach their jobs and your systems and culture. We’ll then agree the
performance improvements you want to achieve.
During training
We simulate real life situations that participants find relevant, involving and memorable.
Our training reviews the participant’s response to the simulation, and helps them evaluate their own response, so they can apply this newly-acquired learning to real-life situations at work. This approach ensures participants appreciate the true value of their training, and progress through the learning cycle in a focused and engaged way. In our experience the review and feedback
process is essential for a successful learning experience. We find
participants quickly become absorbed and involved. And by the end they
have learnt new behaviours and skills that will produce real
sustainable results.
